Country Green Turf is now recruiting for the position of Customer Service Representative. Country Green Turf is a family owned company providing turf-grass sod, and related materials to retail and wholesale customers in Western Washington through multiple production sites and nearly a 50 member team.

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and would be based at our Olympia office.

Job Type

· Full-time with generous benefits.

· Shifts occur Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Some Saturdays April through October.

· Opportunities for promotion based on proven performance and skills.

· Starting pay $21.00 and up for those with exceptional qualifications.

Activities will include;

· Interacting with wholesale and retail customers on the phone and in person.

· Advising customers on proper lawn establishment and maintenance techniques.

· Maintaining clean and orderly appearance of retail facility.

· Collecting information over the phone for the entry of orders.

· Loading customer trucks with forklift (willing to train).

· Restocking retail store from warehouse.

Necessary skills and qualities;

· Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds repetitively.

· Cooperative, eager, and positive so others enjoy sharing their day with you.

• Accurate, reliable and responsible as the company and customers will be counting on you.
• Professional and honest because we have an image to support.
• Technically competent with computers and office systems because it’s the 21st Century.

Required experience:

· Retail

· Lawn care knowledge is helpful, strong desire to learn is required.

· Proven track record of being a dependable, quality employee.

· Bilingual in English/Spanish is extremely helpful.

Required license or certification:

· Driver’s License

· Fork Lift Certification (not mandatory but preferred)
